  1. StandardsRepo is a Software provided as a Service that allows communities and organisations to register user accounts and manage the development, maintenance and publication of technical documents in one place. It removes the administration from document drafting, review, consultation, publication and revision.
  2. These terms of service apply between you, the User of the StandardsRepo software (the “Service”), and Barbal Limited, the owner and operator of this Service. Please read these terms of service carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms of service is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Service. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms of service, you shall stop using the Service immediately.

In these terms of service, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Service and is not either (i) employed by Barbal Limited and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Barbal Limited and accessing the Service in connection with the provision of such services.

If you do so, you must immediately stop using the Service. Cancellation or suspension of your registration does not affect any statutory rights. Following cancellation you will not be entitled to any refund of payments made. Cancellation related refunds may be issued on a discretionary basis.
